Deep Coaching: A Guide to Self Directed Living
I would like to announce the publication of my first book, co-written with a fellow coach and psychologist on self coaching called Deep Coaching: A Guide to Self Directed Living. We are not the first to write a book about the process of how to coach yourself but we believe it to be an important addition to this emerging genre. We take readers on a 'road trip' to a deeper understanding of themselves, their dreams and aspirations, their goals and how to get there. From trials we have run, this book is a fair amount of work so it is not for those lacking self management skills, nor is it for willful, self directed clients, but those who fall in between who may feel a bit confused about their next step and lack the resources to hire a personal coach.
We hope it will make a difference in our reader's lives. The book is also a handy shortcut for coaches who can work with a client while
