Often, very often, Kathryn’s thoughts mirror the unrestrained joy and happiness to have even been a participant. The reader is left wondering if these are manifestations of grief, a sublime literary passion, or a marriage of the two blurred between bliss and a burdened mind?

In the poems, Kathryn breathes life into words of inspiration, captures the essence of relationships and change.  She explores the wonders of nature, takes nostalgia by the hand while trying to cope with loss, and occasionally tripping up on regret . But her journey in A Breeze You Whisper rings unabashedly honest. It is an invitation to the reader to walk with her and experience the joys that have driven her down this path.  

A Breeze You Whisper echoes a passionate declaration of love, lasting love. It’s almost as though Kathryn’s captive thoughts beg to be freed from the confines of her heart so they can reach out and touch other hearts and lives – and let the world celebrate such love.  Kathryn revels in the knowledge that she has experienced such love, that it is alive and well, and is past mortality.
